Public Offer for VseMogu Platform Services

1. General provisions

1.1. This document is a public offer (the "Offer") of Individual Entrepreneur VT Solutions, BIN/IIN 750423350170 (the "Operator", "VseMogu", "Platform"), addressed to an unlimited number of persons, and contains essential terms of using the VseMogu service at vsemogu.kz.

1.2. Registration on the Platform means full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer.

1.3. Terms:

• Platform — VseMogu web service for posting and finding one-time jobs in Almaty.
• Employer — user posting jobs.
• Worker — user responding to jobs or providing services through the Platform.
• Job — one-time work posting created by an Employer.

2. Subject of the offer

2.1. VseMogu provides a technical marketplace for posting one-time jobs, finding workers, and communicating between Employers and Workers (job feed, responses, chat, ratings, reviews).

2.2. VseMogu is not a party to the transaction between Employer and Worker. All agreements on scope, timing, price, and payment are made directly between them outside the Platform.

2.3. VseMogu is not the employer of Workers and is not responsible for quality, timing, or result of work, nor for payment settlement between Employer and Worker.

3. Registration and use

3.1. To use Platform functionality, users must register and provide accurate information.

3.2. Users agree not to create multiple accounts, not to share account access with third parties, and are responsible for all actions under their account.

3.3. By posting a Job, an Employer agrees to provide accurate information about work conditions and payment.

3.4. By responding to a Job, a Worker confirms readiness and ability to perform the specified work.

4. Payment terms

4.1. Some Platform functions are paid:

For Employers: job posting is free.

For Workers: access to employer contacts and/or the worker catalog is provided under the selected plan (Basic/Unlimited) for the chosen period, according to rates published on the Platform at the time of payment.

4.2. Payments are processed through Kaspi Pay (with ApiPay integration). The Operator does not store users' payment card details.

4.3. Paid worker plans are valid for the selected period and are non-refundable, except in case of technical failure on the Platform that made paid service unavailable.

5. Rights and obligations

5.1. The Operator may:

• change Platform functionality and rates with user notification;
• limit or terminate user access for violation of this Offer, suspicious fraud, fake accounts, or severe quality/rating violations;
• request additional information for Employer verification.

5.2. The user agrees to:

• not use the Platform for unlawful purposes;
• not post knowingly false information;
• timely pay for selected plans;
• follow business etiquette in Platform chat.

6. Limitation of liability

6.1. The Platform is provided "as is". The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted service but applies reasonable measures for stable operation.

6.2. The Operator is not liable for:

• quality, deadlines, and results of work performed by Workers;
• actions of users outside the Platform;
• losses caused by inaccurate information provided by users.

6.3. Disputes between Employer and Worker are resolved by those parties directly. The Operator may assist at its discretion but has no obligation to do so.

7. Blocking and account deletion

7.1. The Operator may block accounts for violations, including fraudulent actions, false postings, abusive behavior in chat, and other material breaches.

7.2. Users may request account deletion at any time via contacts in section 9. Paid but unused periods are not refunded unless otherwise agreed individually.

8. Changes to the Offer

8.1. The Operator may unilaterally amend this Offer. The current version is always available at vsemogu.kz/terms-of-use.

8.2. Continued use of the Platform after updates means acceptance of the new version.

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, ambiguity, or dispute, the Russian version of this Offer prevails.
