VseMogu Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing

1. General provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") defines the procedure and conditions for processing personal data of users of the VseMogu platform (the "Platform", available at vsemogu.kz), as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.

1.2. The personal data operator is Individual Entrepreneur VT Solutions, BIN/IIN 750423350170, legal address: Almaty, Karasay batyra St., 128 (the "Operator").

1.3. By using the Platform, the user fully accepts this Policy. If the user disagrees, they must stop using the Platform.

1.4. This Policy is developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013 No. 94-V "On Personal Data and Their Protection" and other applicable laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Data we collect

2.1. During registration and use of the Platform, the Operator collects:

For all users:

• Name / company name
• Phone number
• Password (stored in encrypted form)
• IP address, device and browser data (technical data required for service operation)

Additional for Workers:

• Profile photo
• Job categories
• Almaty districts where the worker is available
• Response history, rating, reviews

Additional for Employers:

• Company name / personal name (for individuals)
• Registration type (sole proprietor/LLP/individual), BIN/IIN (if provided)
• Posted job history

Payment data:

• Payment transaction information (amount, date, status, transaction ID) is processed via Kaspi Pay / ApiPay. The Operator does not receive or store bank card numbers.

Messages:

• Chat content between employer and worker within the Platform

3. Purposes of processing

The Operator processes personal data for:

• registration and identification of users on the Platform;
• enabling interaction between employers and workers (job posting, responses, chat, contact disclosure by mutual agreement);
• processing payments for worker plans;
• generating ratings and displaying reviews;
• ensuring Platform security and fraud prevention;
• sending service-related notifications;
• complying with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. Legal basis

Personal data is processed based on user consent obtained during registration (separate consent to personal data processing, separate from acceptance of the public offer), and on other legal grounds established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. Data sharing

5.1. The Operator does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for purposes unrelated to Platform operation, except as stated below.

5.2. Data may be shared with:

• payment partners (Kaspi Pay, ApiPay) — to the extent necessary for payment processing;
• another Platform user (employer or worker) — contact details (phone number) are disclosed only after explicit mutual consent of both parties;
• state authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan — upon lawful request.

6. Data storage location and duration

6.1. Personal data of citizens and residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan is stored on servers physically located in the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with Article 12 of Law No. 94-V.

6.2. Data is stored while the user account is active. After account deletion, data is additionally stored for 30 days for dispute resolution and then deleted or anonymized, unless longer retention is required by law.

7. Security measures

The Operator takes organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including:

• password encryption;
• role-based access control;
• hosting on protected infrastructure in Kazakhstan.

8. User rights

Users have the right to:

• obtain information about their processed personal data;
• request correction of inaccurate data;
• withdraw consent and request account deletion via the contacts in section 10;
• submit a complaint to the authorized personal data protection authority of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

9. Cookies

The Platform uses cookies to store language settings and authorization state. Using the Platform means consent to such cookie use.

11. Changes to the Policy

The Operator may amend this Policy. The current version is always available at vsemogu.kz/privacy-policy.

12. Prevailing language

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, ambiguity, or dispute, the Russian version of this Policy prevails.
